An investigative media team, previously shunned by mainstream media, is being asked to hand over information to the IRS, FBI and Department of Justice to assist with an investigation of California’s Family Courts. The investigation appears to be focusing on crimes against children , where 730 court experts have been involved in divorce and custody cases.
An investigation appears to be fueled by public anger over politicians and members of the legal community being allowed to get away with sex abuse of children, as seen in the early release of Hastert. Hastert’s victims were especially outraged.
Texas Judge Green’s sexting scandal has also enraged parents and court reform activists who have enlisted members of Anonymous who helped Green’s ex husband and boyfriend expose the judge, are coming to California Courts to do the same.
Years of complaints detailing mothers and fathers who have lost property, children and basic rights to protect their children due to the deep cronyism imbedded in the state’s family court system has led to a flood of recent media investigations that are being used as part of federal investigations. These investigations may break the bank for California’s courts.
California’s Watchdog Agencies: Commission on Judicial Performance, Court Reporter Board, State Bar and Court Reporter Board have been asleep at the wheel, often claiming that without a judge order of misconduct , none exists. This has allowed court reporters, custody experts, CPAs lawyers and judges in the family court system to engage in mail fraud, tax evasion and illicit conduct that promotes and protects pedophilia, child abuse , domestic violence, and sex trafficking of children trapped in a very broken system where their parents are unable to protect them.
A media investigation, coupled with help from WikiLeaks documents, and information provided by Anonymous Hackers has uncovered deep corruption and misuse of public funds in Sonoma , Marin, Napa, Alameda, Solano , Contra Costa, Sacramento, Santa Clara and Orange Counties, where a small group of researchers, reporters and editors have been investigating family court corruption and dysfunction for the past 10 years.
Secret court proceedings, hidden reports and misconduct of judges, lawyers, court employees and experts appear to be at the center of the investigation, where information is being forwarded to federal authorities. Judges in trial courts and court of appeals are being investigated and flagrant violation of the law is being found in county court systems up and down the state of California. Over 1000 cases have been audited and investigated by the media, and thousands of documents from those audits are being requested by federal authorities.
730 experts, those appointed by California judges and paid with both public and private funds, can be phycologists, attorneys, therapists, supervised visitation agencies, CPAs, even realtors. Modern family court appear to be willing to accept the word of these highly paid experts even when the experts break the law or ethical duties to give testimony and reports in divorce, probate or custody cases.
Appointing an expert allows a judge to be essentially incompetent and many of these experts can be scapegoats for judges abusing their discretion. There also appears to be strong financial links between family court judges, family lawyers and experts used routinely in family law cases, where backroom and cash deals evade lawful disclosure, and the IRS.
As ABC, NBC,CBS, CNN. USA Today, Gannett , Bay Area News Group , The Washington Post , The New York Times and other mainstream media groups, rush to begin covering family court issues, an independent investigative team may scoop them all with the information they are in the process of handing over to the state auditor and federal authorities.
Even Court Reporters , employed by the courts and paid privately to produce transcripts in divorce and custody cases, are not immune from investigation. Many court reporters appear to be an important link in a judicial racket that is allegedly using children and homes to pay experts unconscionable fees to experts who help protect abusers and crooks.
For example, the investigative team has collected recordings from litigants trying to call attention to family court problems. Some victims and protective parents have secretly recorded their hearings, only to find court transcripts do not match the actual proceeding. Lawyers and litigants are also alleging court reporters are selectively delaying production of court transcripts to benefit one party, a certain lawyer, or to protect a very bad judge.
Court reporters appear to be assisting judges with changing transcripts and engaging in “Hometowning” that benefits only a few lawyers and family law judges. Complaints are beginning to flood the Court Reporter board.
Custody experts, paid by one party , and routinely appointed by family courts, appear to consistently issue reports favorable to the paying party, even when those reports violate ethics and California Rules of Court. A small circle of judges, lawyers and experts continue to emerge over and over in the same counties, where they sit , and are handsomely paid in what are classified as the worst divorce and custody cases. Those same cases prove very profitable for a handful of lawyers and experts. Even judges appear to be making money from these cases, in deferred compensation that does not require disclosure.
These so- called “experts” are now drawing emotional wrath from parents and children alike as false domestic violence rages as the new trend in family court cases, while real violence and emotional distress issues are routinely ignored and dismissed by both experts and family courts. Experts are also improperly making mental diagnosis to justify taking of children and property, calling one party ( not the one paying tier fees) ; crazy or mentally ill. An issue flooding the California Board of Psychology.
The investigation shows that court clerks may be assisting family law misconduct by assuring ex parte orders and other files are “lost “ or “altered “ in a manner that serves to be retaliatory in nature.
Watchdogs like the Board of Psychology, Board of Accountancy and State Bar are forefront in the investigation, and investigators who have privately audited these files have been asked to turn materials over to the FBI and IRS.
