PS: We know which attorney wrote this complaint. He has built his Family Law practice by representing male litigants as the case rulings were predictable under Judges Ichikawa, Carringer and Unger. He also routinely refuses to represent female litigants, because when before the aforementioned judges, he knows he cannot win the case. The comment is disingenuous at best. While we understand wanting to protect one’s practice and income, the harm being inflicted on victims of violence and assault, and helpless children, cannot be ignored.
